It’s hard to pull out once you start, my friends. I’m deep in a butterfly craze at the moment. I have another pair of cards to share with you today, as well as a video. These cards were made a couple of weeks ago in the height of study madness, and I’m just now getting the chance to blog and edit the video footage. (You’re probably noticing a pattern here!)

These intricate two layer butterflies were cut using Paper Rose’s Alora Butterfly dies. I then made them into two different cards. Here’s the video.
Both cards also use the Tufted Elegance 3D embossing folder also from Paper Rose. For this card, I ran the circle through my die cutting machine first before positioning it on the background teal piece and then running that through the machine.

The second card has the same embossing folder, but this time I’ve spattered it generously with gold paint, then added three butterflies and a sentiment.

That’s all for today’s cards. I hope you are having a super day. I’m looking forward to sharing more cards with you in the very near future. I’m crafting up a storm in my holidays!
Until next time,
Blessings,
Donna
