Hello crafty friends. It’s good to be here, sharing a cute card with one more layer than meets the eye! This cute giraffe is actually called Valentine’s Giraffe, thanks to the heart shaped balloon, but I think that changing the colour scheme and sentiment have changed the vibe completely.

There is, as is almost always the case, a video! This time I feature some fussy cutting tips for intricate images like strings (there’s a trick to it).
This card has three layers, even though it looks like only two. There is the 3D embossed background panel using the gorgeous Tufted Elegance Embossing folder, the white panel with the hello border cut from it, and then the giraffe which is a third layer, so that it can hang off the edge of the panel onto the word hello. I have listed all the supplies that I used below, in case you’re interested in any of them, but this type of card could be made with different stamps dies and embossing folder too.

That’s all for today’s card. I wish you a great week ahead, and I look forward to sharing more cards with you soon.
Blessings,
Donna
