My monthly hero is back!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Hi crafty friends. It’s Donna here, and I have a piece of exciting news for you. Hero Arts has brought back the My Monthly Hero sets. The My monthly Superhero set has already sold out on the first day, but the main kit is still available here. Here’s a look at what’s in the main kit.

I’ve made a couple of cards with the kit, which I hope you enjoy. Firstly, I coloured some of the images to make this sweet scene.

Next, some diecutting and inkblending were used for this card, as well as the bird and snail left over from the first card. I love the large postage stamp border.

The next cards use the My Monthly Super Hero kit, which is unfortunately sold out for this month, but hopefully there will be more in the future for those who sign up.

Finally this newspaper themed card finishes my set of cards. These were all made with very minimal supplies as I was travelling between Japan and Australia. I like that everything was all together and already matchy matchy.

Well, I’m literally at the airport waiting to board as I type this, and only a flight delay has let me get this far, so I’ll post this and head back to Japan, shall I?
