Happy Birthday – No Line Colouring

Hi crafty friends. I have a card today that combines Copic markers, Polychromos pencils, dies, and the cutest little pot plants you ever did see.

This image and also the sentiment are from the Succulents set from Pink and Main. The pots with their little animal faces are adorable!

I stamped the image in Antique Linen Distress Ink, and coloured the image in Copic markers. I used medium and lighter markers only, then added the darker shadows and the fine spines of the cactus in pencil afterwards. I then cut the image with the matching die.

The background for the cactus is another Pink and Main die called Postage Dies. These dies come in four sizes, and this is the second largest. A teal cardbase completed the card.

Thanks for joining me today. I hope you have enjoyed looking at this card and are inspired to get colouring. The full details of the card are on the Pink and Main Blog, along with heaps of other inspiration.

Until next time,

Blessings,

Donna
