Christmas present stack

Hello friends. I want to take this opportunity to wish you more blessings than you can imagine this Christmas season. This will be my last Christmas card for this year! Today we have a super bright card that was made with a lot less supplies than you’d probably think. Just one stamp, and a sentiment!

I’ve used the Big Present Stack as my feature image, and stamped it in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I then coloured the background by ruling off some stripes, and colouring them with a red Copic marker. I then went over the marker stripes with my white gel pen, adding stars and dots in a random manner.

You can see a very quick video of the card making here:

The presents were also coloured with Copic markers, mixing traditional green and red with teal, lime and pink. I also added a drop shadow around the edges of the image with a grey marker.

The sentiment comes from the Crisp Christmas sentiments pack and I popped it up with a little foam tape after running a black marker around the edge to hide the white paper core.

Although this stamp is originally designed as a birthday stamp, I think it makes a really fun slimline Christmas card!

Until next time, may your days be full of fun,

Blessings,

Donna
