Christmas peace

Hello crafty friends. I have a sweet little angel to share with you, who has a secret. From the right angle, she lights up like a Christmas tree with all the shimmer that is on her. I spend quite some time getting a good photo of the sparkle, which you can see in a later photo.

Today’s image is the Christmas Peace Stamp Set from Paper Rose Studio. I stamped it in Versafine Onyx Black ink and coloured the image with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. You can see a process video below.

Once the image was coloured, I used Liquid Sparkle from Paper Rose to give shimmer to the wings, halo and contrail of the angel. From some angles, the shimmer is barely visible, but if you catch the light just right, it’s blinding!

Once the panel was coloured, I cut it using the Pierced Rectangles die, and mounted it onto my card, with a burgundy layer to frame the panel.

The construction is simple, but the delightful image does all the work in this card. Until next time, may your days be peaceful.

Blessings,

Donna
