Time to celebrate

Hello crafty friends and welcome to a new year! Are you someone that gets right into the New Year’s planning? I am! There’s something about having that delightful week between Christmas and New Year that gets me all keen to write all the lists and do all the things on January 1st. I’m keen as a bean for 2024.

Today’s card features some partial masking because this Little Fairy image is complex, and I find this technique a good one for creating one layer cards for this kind of images. You can see the video of the creation process below.

The colours for this card were chosen using the Color Catalog by Sarah Renae Clark. My friend Rachel and I are playing with these colours, and I love the way they work together.

I hope that you enjoyed this sweet little image, which is a collaboration between Rachel Anne Miller (Ram Stamps) and Paper Rose Studio. I’ll be back soon with some more cardmaking fun. I’ve got lots on the go at the moment including some one kit, 10 cards videos that I’m really enjoying.

Until next time, stay safe!

Blessings,

Donna
