Hello crafty friends. I have a fresh, fun, very tall card for you today. We have our first cool breeze since June wafting into my windows today, so I’m feeling good about the world, and this bright card sums up my mood perfectly.

This card was made using dies from the new Pink and Main slimline die release. The flowers and the background scallop panel are from the Sympathy Slimline dies and the repeated Hello Friend sentiment comes from the Blessings Slimline dies set.

I used a few scraps of paper from my never ending pile for the elements. When making the Hello Friend sentiments, I cut each one from both white and coloured paper. For the white piece, I left the centres of the letters intact, and secured them with some double sided tape behind the letters. This means that you can see the details of the letters without me having to fiddle with adding the tiny coloured pieces. You can see the detail in the photo above.
The flowers on this card have been given some dimension with foam tape, and a few hearts from the Enchanted Garden enamel shapes were the finishing touch.

That’s it for this simple, but fun card.
I’m hoping that wherever you are, your days are bright. Stay safe and well.
Blessings,
